Make ‘Apple Cinnamon Toast’ Easily and Deliciously!
Hello everyone! The weather is so lovely today! After a long time, I’m going to make ‘Apple Cinnamon Toast’ with a refreshing cinnamon scent! It’s a simple yet delightful treat.
Ingredients- 3 slices of bread
- 1/8 apple
- 10g crushed peanuts
Seasoning- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp corn syrup

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, toast 3 slices of bread until golden brown and crispy in a pan with 1 Tbsp of butter melted over medium heat. A well-toasted bread is the foundation for a delicious toast!
Step 2
Wash the apple thoroughly. Remove the core and thinly slice it into about 0.1cm thick pieces. Thinner slices will cook down to a softer texture. In a small pan, combine the thinly sliced apple, 2 Tbsp sugar, 2 Tbsp corn syrup, and 1 tsp ground cinnamon. Simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the apple slices become translucent and tender, about 3-5 minutes. This creates your sweet and fragrant apple cinnamon filling.
Step 3
Now, let’s assemble the toast! On one side of the first toasted bread slice, generously spread the cooked apple cinnamon filling. For the second slice of bread, spread a thin layer of the apple cinnamon sauce on both sides. Finally, for the third slice, spread the sauce on one side and sprinkle about 10g of crushed peanuts on top. The crunchy peanuts add a wonderful texture!
Step 4
It’s time to cut the toast for serving. Use a knife to carefully trim off the crusts from the bread. Then, cut the toast in half diagonally to form triangles. This makes your ‘Apple Cinnamon Toast’ look as good as it tastes! Enjoy it while it’s warm for the best flavor.
