  • Onion 1/2
  • Bell Pepper (Using various colors makes it more visually appealing) 1/2
  • Zucchini 1/4
  • Pineapple 1 piece (Canned or fresh pineapple can be used)
  • Cherry Tomatoes 3-4

Steak Sauce & Seasoning

  • Store-bought Steak Sauce 4 Tbsp
  • Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup 1 Tbsp
  • Herb Salt (or Salt, Pepper) to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Butter 1 piece (approx. 10g)
  • Olive Oil to taste

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, pat the steak dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Cut the beef into bite-sized cubes. Season the cut beef with black pepper, herb salt, and a little olive oil. Gently toss to coat and let it marinate for about 10 minutes. This step helps to remove any gamey smell and adds flavor.

In a small bowl, combine the store-bought steak sauce, oyster sauce, and tomato ketchup. Mix well to create the sauce. Using a pre-made steak sauce makes preparing a delicious sauce much easier. You can add sugar or minced garlic to your preference.

Prepare the vegetables and fruits to accompany the steak. Dice the onion, bell pepper, and zucchini into similarly sized cubes. Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and cut the pineapple into pieces roughly the same size as the steak. Cooking the fruit will enhance its sweetness and add depth to the dish.
