Easy Homemade Kyoho Jelly Recipe
I’m sharing a super easy and quick recipe for making delicious, bouncy Kyoho Jelly at home! This jelly is not only visually appealing but also tastes fantastic, making it a perfect dessert to enjoy with friends. Follow this recipe, and you’ll be able to create professional-quality jelly right in your own kitchen.
Main Ingredients- 3 pouches of grape-flavored gummies (e.g., Mygummy) (approx. 270g)
- 1 pack of grape juice (approx. 500ml)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, pour all 3 pouches of grape-flavored gummies into a wide, shallow, microwave-safe container. Loosely separating the gummies can help reduce melting time.
Step 2
Using a paper cup, measure out approximately 1.5 cups (about 300ml) of grape juice and pour it over the gummies in the container. The grape juice should be enough to mostly cover the gummies. You can drink the remaining grape juice!
Step 3
Place the container with the gummies and grape juice in the microwave and heat for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 3 minutes, or until the gummies are completely melted and liquified. Stirring midway can help ensure even melting. (Adjust heating time based on your microwave’s wattage.)
Step 4
Carefully pour the hot jelly mixture from the microwave into your round ice cube tray or desired jelly mold. Fill each mold about 80-90% full to make it easier to remove the jelly once set. Avoid overfilling. Cover the molds with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until the jelly is firm and set. Enjoy your delicious Kyoho Jelly!
