Main Ingredients- 1 bowl of warm multigrain rice
- 1 packet of crispy vegetable flakes
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 sheet of roasted seaweed (gim)
- 1 slice of white cheese
- A small piece of carrot
- 1 bag of cookies (for hair decoration)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In the warm multigrain rice, gently mix in 3 tablespoons of sesame oil and 1 packet of vegetable flakes. It’s important to mix them thoroughly so the rice grains don’t clump. Allow the crispiness of the flakes and the nutty aroma of the sesame oil to meld well with the rice.
Step 2
Divide the mixed rice into desired portions and shape them into round rice balls. Make them a manageable size for little hands, like small spheres. If the rice is too hot, let it cool slightly before shaping.
Step 3
On the round rice balls, use the roasted seaweed to cut out and attach eyes, mouth, and arms. For the eyes, use the white cheese slice to create round shapes and attach them, completing Olaf’s adorable face. Carefully cut the seaweed with scissors, and use a round cookie cutter or a small cup to cut out the cheese for neat eyes.
Step 4
Thinly slice the fresh carrot, cut out a round shape, and attach it to create Olaf’s orange nose. Finally, crumble or shape the cookies to resemble Olaf’s fluffy hair. And there you have it – cute and delicious Olaf rice balls are complete!
