Make a generous batch of braised burdock root, and it’s perfect as a side dish for meals or as a delightful topping for a rice bowl when you need a quick and elegant meal. Main Ingredients- 1 bowl of rice (mixed grain or white rice)
- 2-3 tablespoons braised burdock root
Rice Seasoning- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or adjust to taste)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Place one bowl of warm rice into a serving bowl. Using mixed grain rice will add a healthier and nuttier flavor.
