Main Ingredients- Inari sushi kit for 2 servings (includes rice seasoning, seaweed flakes, etc.)
- 1 bowl of cooked rice (approx. 200g)
- 1/4 carrot, finely diced
- 1/4 onion, finely diced
- 2 stalks of green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup white kimchi, finely chopped and squeezed dry
Seasoning & Additions- Pinch of salt (to taste)
- 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the vegetables. Finely dice the carrot and onion. Lightly oil a pan over low heat and sauté the vegetables until they become translucent. Once cooked, turn off the heat and let them cool slightly.
Step 2
Lightly season the egg with a pinch of salt and beat it well. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan over low heat. You can either make a thin omelet and julienne it, or scramble the egg and then chop it finely. (Tip: Thinly sliced omelet makes for a prettier presentation!)
Step 3
Finely chop the white kimchi into bite-sized pieces. If there’s too much liquid from the kimchi, it can make the sushi soggy, so gently squeeze out excess moisture with a paper towel before using.
Step 4
In a large bowl, add the warm rice (about 1 bowl). Mix in the sushi seasoning and flakes from the Inari sushi kit. Add the sautéed carrots and onions, chopped green onions, chopped egg, and squeezed white kimchi. Finally, drizzle in the sesame oil and sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds. Use a spatula to gently mix everything together, being careful not to mash the rice grains. Ensure all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Step 5
Carefully open each piece of fried tofu pouch from the kit. Using a spoon, fill each pouch with the prepared rice mixture. Gently press the rice into the pouch to shape it. Avoid overfilling, as the pouches might burst.
Step 6
Sprinkle a few more toasted sesame seeds on top of the filled Inari sushi for garnish. Your nutritious and delicious Crispy White Kimchi Inari Sushi is ready! Enjoy immediately or pack them for a delightful lunch.
