Main Ingredients- 400g firm tofu
- Appropriate amount of fresh cabbage
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- A little perilla oil
Sauce- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
To achieve a crispy exterior and tender interior, slice the tofu into thick pieces, about 1.5cm thick. Using firm pressing tofu will yield the best results!

It’s crucial to thoroughly pat the tofu dry with paper towels. Lightly season both sides with salt and pepper for enhanced flavor. (You can skip this step if you prefer, as the sauce is quite flavorful.)

Heat a frying pan and add a generous amount of perilla oil. The nutty aroma of perilla oil will wonderfully complement the flavors of the tofu and cabbage. You can also use olive oil, sesame oil, or any cooking oil as a substitute.
