Ingredients- 3-4 King Oyster Mushrooms
- 7-8 strips Bacon

Step 1
First, wash the king oyster mushrooms thoroughly. If they are very large, cut them in half (2 pieces); if you prefer smaller portions, cut them into thirds (3 pieces). Cutting them into appropriate sizes will make them easier to wrap with bacon and ensure they cook evenly.

Wrap each prepared king oyster mushroom piece with one strip of bacon. Wrap it tightly so the mushroom doesn’t move around. Tuck the end of the bacon underneath the mushroom to prevent it from unraveling during cooking. If the bacon doesn’t stay in place, you can secure it with a toothpick.

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Arrange the bacon-wrapped king oyster mushrooms neatly in the preheated air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Flipping them halfway through will help them cook more evenly. Keep an eye on them to prevent the bacon from burning, and adjust the cooking time as needed. If you prefer an extra crispy texture, you can cook them for an additional 1-2 minutes.
