Creating a Delectable Lotus Tiramisu at Home
Today, we’re introducing a delightful Lotus Tiramisu recipe, a perfect fusion of coffee and Lotus Biscoff cookies! This dessert offers a wonderful balance of flavors and textures that you can easily recreate.
Cream Base Ingredients- 100g Heavy Cream
- 15g Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 50g Mascarpone Cheese
- 30g Lotus Biscoff Spread
Other Ingredients- 3 Ladyfingers
- 2 shots Espresso (approx. 60ml)
- 3 Lotus Biscoff cookies (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine 100g of chilled heavy cream and 15g of sweetened condensed milk.
Step 2
Using a hand mixer, start on low speed and gradually increase to gently mix the cream until it’s lightly incorporated. Avoid over-whipping at this stage.
Step 3
Add 50g of soft mascarpone cheese to the cream mixture and blend until smooth.
Step 4
Stir in 30g of Lotus Biscoff spread for added sweetness and flavor.
Step 5
Continue mixing with the hand mixer on medium speed until the mixture is thick and creamy, with a consistency that slightly holds its shape when lifted with a spatula. Be careful not to overmix, as it can curdle.
Step 6
Pour 2 shots (approximately 60ml) of strong espresso into a shallow dish or bowl. For an extra kick, you can add a splash of coffee liqueur.
Step 7
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the espresso, soaking both sides briefly. It’s important to do this swiftly to prevent them from becoming too soggy.
Step 8
Arrange the espresso-soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of your serving dish or glasses.
Step 9
Transfer the cream mixture into a piping bag (or use a spoon) and pipe or spoon it evenly over the ladyfingers.
Step 10
Place 2 Lotus Biscoff cookies in a zip-top bag and crush them into small pieces using a rolling pin or the bottom of a heavy pan. Some small chunks are nice for texture.
Step 11
Sprinkle the crushed Lotus Biscoff cookies evenly over the cream layer. This adds a wonderful caramel crunch and flavor.

Finally, place the remaining Lotus Biscoff cookie in the center of the tiramisu as a decorative flourish.
