Basic Ingredients- 150g canned corn kernels (drained)
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp water
- 2/3 Tbsp cooking oil (for batter)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare 150g of canned corn kernels. After draining the corn from the can, it’s crucial to thoroughly pat it dry with paper towels to ensure the fritters turn out crispy – this is a key tip!

Now, in a bowl with the corn kernels, add 2 Tbsp of all-purpose flour, 1 Tbsp of water, and 2/3 Tbsp of cooking oil for the batter. Mix everything together until well combined. Aim for a consistency where the corn kernels are coated and stick together, not too watery.

For air frying, line the basket with parchment paper and lightly brush it with cooking oil. If using an oven, do the same with your baking sheet.
