Ingredients- 5 sheets of rice paper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Seasoning- Sweet chili sauce, for dipping (optional)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Start by preparing your rice paper. Handle it gently as it can be delicate and tear easily.

Lay one sheet of rice paper flat. Cut it in half vertically, then in half horizontally, creating four equal pieces. This makes them easier to fry and a good size for snacking.
Step 3
Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan or pot over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot enough, carefully add the cut rice paper pieces. Fry them over high heat for a very short time. The rice paper will puff up almost instantly and become crispy. To prevent burning, fry for about 10 seconds, keeping a close eye on them as they transform.
Step 4
Once perfectly puffed and crispy, remove the rice paper crackers and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. These crackers are delicious on their own, offering a satisfying crunch and savory flavor without any sauce.
