- 5 round pickled radishes (danmuji)
- 4 sheets of seaweed for kimbap
Filling & Sauces- Pork cutlet sauce (to taste)

- Pork cutlet sauce (to taste)
- Mayonnaise (to taste)
- A little shredded carrot
- A little chives (cut into 4 sections)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the pork cutlets. Fry the small-sized pork cutlets until golden brown and crispy on both sides. This crispiness will enhance the flavor of the kimbap.
Step 2
Shred the carrot finely. Cut the chives into 4 sections and lightly sauté them. (Tip: Carrots and chives add color to the kimbap but can be omitted if desired.)
Step 3
Thinly slice the onion. Cut the fried pork cutlets into long, bite-sized strips. Cut the pickled radishes into strips similar in length to the pork cutlet.
Step 4
Place 2 bowls of warm cooked rice into a large bowl. Add a pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp of sesame oil, and 1 tsp of toasted sesame seeds. Mix well to season the rice perfectly.
Step 5
Cut the kimbap seaweed sheets into quarters. Spread a thin layer of the seasoned rice evenly over each piece of seaweed. Drizzle with mayonnaise and pork cutlet sauce to add flavor.
Step 6
Generously place the prepared pork cutlet, sliced onion, pickled radish, shredded carrot, and sautéed chives onto the rice. Gently press the filling down to secure it, then tightly roll the seaweed into a kimbap.
Step 7
Repeat the same process with the remaining seasoned rice and filling ingredients until all the mini kimbap are made. Keep rolling until all the rice is used.
Step 8
Once all the mini kimbap are made, cut them into bite-sized pieces and arrange them attractively in a lunchbox. This completes your special pork cutlet mini kimbap, perfect for a spring picnic! Enjoy your delicious creation!
