Ingredients- 100g rusks (gunbbang)
- 1.5 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the 100g of rusks with 2 Tbsp of cooking oil. Gently toss them with your hands until each rusk is lightly coated with oil. This step ensures they become extra crispy and helps the seasoning stick better.

Arrange the oiled rusks in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 170°C (340°F) and cook for 5 minutes. Keep an eye on them during cooking, as the time might vary depending on your air fryer and the thickness of the rusks, to prevent burning.
