  • 5-6 medium potatoes
  • Tomato sauce, to taste
  • 150g broccoli
  • 200g sausage
  • 250g mozzarella cheese

  • 2 Tbsp potato starch
  • Pinch of black pepper

Cooking Instructions

Prepare all the ingredients for the pizza: potatoes, sausage, mozzarella cheese, and tomato sauce. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Peel the washed potatoes and shred them as thinly as possible using a mandoline slicer. Thinly shredded potatoes will result in a crispier crust.

Add 2 tablespoons of potato starch and a pinch of black pepper to the shredded potatoes. Mix well by gently massaging the ingredients together. The starch will help bind the shredded potatoes and absorb moisture.

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Spread the seasoned potato shreds thinly in the pan to form a crust. Make sure it’s thin to achieve a crispy texture.
