Make a Delicious Potato Dough Pizza That’s Crispy and Chewy
I made a flourless pizza using a potato dough! It’s crispy and chewy, making it even more delicious. It’s also easy to digest, making it a great choice for both adults and children. Be sure to try making this potato pizza!
Main Ingredients- 5-6 medium potatoes
- Tomato sauce, to taste
- 150g broccoli
- 200g sausage
- 250g mozzarella cheese
Seasoning & Other Ingredients- 2 Tbsp potato starch
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 Tbsp potato starch

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients for the pizza: potatoes, sausage, mozzarella cheese, and tomato sauce. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Peel the washed potatoes and shred them as thinly as possible using a mandoline slicer. Thinly shredded potatoes will result in a crispier crust.
Step 3
Add 2 tablespoons of potato starch and a pinch of black pepper to the shredded potatoes. Mix well by gently massaging the ingredients together. The starch will help bind the shredded potatoes and absorb moisture.
Step 4
Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Spread the seasoned potato shreds thinly in the pan to form a crust. Make sure it’s thin to achieve a crispy texture.
Step 5
For this potato dough pizza, you’ll be using two of these potato shred crusts. One will be the base, and the other will be the top layer.
Step 6
In a clean pan with a little oil, place one potato shred crust as the base. Spread a layer of tomato sauce evenly over it, then generously sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Place the second potato shred crust on top and spread another layer of tomato sauce.
Step 7
Arrange the prepared sausage and broccoli pieces over the pizza, followed by more mozzarella cheese. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over medium-low heat until the cheese is fully melted and the potato crust is golden brown.

Your delicious potato dough pizza is now complete! The melted cheese and golden-brown potato crust look incredibly appetizing.
