Main Ingredients- 150g Cabbage (about 1/4 small head)
- 2 Fresh Eggs
- 1 Pinch of Salt (adjust to taste)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare 150g of cabbage. Wash the cabbage thoroughly, remove the outer leaves, and thinly shred it as finely as possible. The thinner the shredding, the softer the texture and the better it blends with the eggs.
Step 2
Crack 2 fresh eggs into a clean bowl. Use a fork or whisk to gently beat the eggs until the yolks and whites are well combined. Whisking with chopsticks also works well.
Step 3
Heat 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the thinly shredded cabbage and a pinch of salt. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until the cabbage becomes slightly translucent and wilts. The key is to maintain a slightly crunchy texture.
Step 4
Push the sautéed cabbage to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space. As the eggs begin to set, gently scramble them with the cabbage using chopsticks or a spatula. Avoid overcooking, as it can become dry. Turn off the heat when the scramble is still moist.
