Main Ingredients- 1/2 small radish
Pickling Brine- 2 paper cups water
- 1 paper cup vinegar
- 1 paper cup sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp salt
- 2 paper cups water

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, peel the radish thoroughly. Then, dice it into bite-sized cubes. Cutting them slightly larger than bite-sized will help maintain a good texture.

Sterilize the glass jar you’ll be using for the pickles. Wash it thoroughly and then place it upside down in boiling water for a few minutes to sterilize. This helps extend the shelf life.

Carefully pack the diced radish into the sterilized glass jar, pressing down gently to fill it completely. Packing the jar tightly ensures the brine will be absorbed well.

Now, let’s make the pickling brine. Using paper cups as your measure, combine 2 cups of water, 1 cup of vinegar, 1 cup of sugar, and 1/2 tablespoon of salt in a pot. Bring it to a rolling boil, stirring until the sugar and salt are completely dissolved.
