Main Ingredients- 1 large bowl of finely chopped kimchi (approx. 200g)
- 150g ground or finely chopped pork
- 5 Tbsp pancake mix (buchim garu)
- A pinch of black pepper

Step 1
First, finely chop the kimchi with its brine using scissors or a knife. Prepare the pork by chopping it into bite-sized pieces (ground or finely diced). Combine the chopped kimchi and pork in a large bowl.

Add 5 tablespoons of pancake mix and a pinch of black pepper to the kimchi and pork in the bowl. Pour in 1 ladleful of kimchi brine; this will add a rich umami flavor and vibrant color to your pancake.
