Cooking Instructions

First, prepare 160g of dried shrimp. Making a generous batch is great for having side dishes on hand. Heat a pan over medium-low heat without any oil and stir-fry the dried shrimp for about 3-4 minutes. This process removes any fishy odors and helps to enhance their nutty flavor and crispy texture.

After stir-frying the dried shrimp, use a sieve to remove any small crumbs or hard shell pieces that may have formed at the bottom of the pan. This step will result in a smoother and cleaner texture for the finished dish.
