- Minced Garlic: 1 Tbsp
- Oyster Sauce: 1.5 Tbsp
- Black Pepper: 0.2 Tbsp (a pinch)

Step 1
First, wash the cabbage thoroughly and pat it dry. Then, slice it into long, thin strips about 0.5cm thick. Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat, add 2 Tbsp of cooking oil, and sauté 1 Tbsp of minced garlic until fragrant and lightly golden brown. Be careful not to burn the garlic; this step is key for building flavor.
