Main Ingredients- 6 eggplants (approx. 600g)
- 150g onion (1/2 medium)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare 6 eggplants (approximately 600g).

Trim the stems from the eggplants and wash them thoroughly. Cut them into bite-sized pieces. Steam the eggplant pieces in a steamer over boiling water for about 7 minutes. This steaming method helps retain a crisp texture, preventing them from becoming too soft. Once steamed, spread the eggplant slices on a wide plate to cool down.

Thinly slice 1/2 medium onion (150g) and 2 Korean green chilies. These will add flavor and a slight kick to the eggplant salad.
