  • 1.5 Tbsp anchovy sauce (for umami!)

Start by thoroughly washing the fresh spinach under running water. It’s important to rinse it well to remove any dirt or grit. Once washed, drain the spinach well in a colander, then cut it into 2-3cm pieces for easy eating.
