Main Ingredients- 1/4 medium head of fresh cabbage (approx. 200g)
- 1 can (150g) of tuna, drained
Sweet & Spicy Sauce- 2.5 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Corn Syrup (or other liquid sweetener)
- 0.5 Tbsp Plum Extract (Maesilcheong)
- 2.5 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Remove any dirty outer leaves from the cabbage and slice it into bite-sized pieces, about 1-1.5 cm thick. It’s important to keep the cabbage nice and crisp.

Open the can of tuna and drain it thoroughly in a sieve. This helps to reduce greasiness when stir-frying and highlights the tuna’s natural flavor.

In a bowl, combine 2.5 Tbsp gochujang, 1 Tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 Tbsp corn syrup, and 0.5 Tbsp plum extract. Whisk them together thoroughly with a spoon until the sauce is smooth and well-mixed.

Heat a lightly oiled pan over high heat. Add the sliced cabbage and stir-fry quickly. Cook just until the cabbage becomes translucent and still retains a crisp texture, then transfer it to a separate bowl. Be careful not to overcook, as it can become mushy.

In the same pan, add the drained tuna and pour in all the prepared sauce. Reduce the heat to medium-low to prevent the sauce from burning. Stir-fry gently. If the sauce seems too thick, add a small amount of water to achieve a smoother consistency.
