  • 2 Button Mushrooms
  • Generous amount of Mozzarella Cheese (to taste)
  • 7 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1/4 Onion

First, prepare the onion, which will form the flavor base of this dish. Peel the onion, wash it thoroughly, and then dice it finely to about 0.5cm thickness or slice it thinly. Having it prepped like this makes the cooking process smoother.
