  • 2 medium boiled potatoes
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1/5 medium carrot (approx. 20g)
  • 1/2 medium onion (approx. 50g)
  • 2 imitation crab sticks (shredded)

Dressing

  • 3 Tbsp hot dog relish (or finely chopped pickles with a pinch of sugar as a substitute)
  • 5 Tbsp mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, boil the potatoes and eggs. Boiling the potatoes with their skins on can result in a fluffier texture. Once the potatoes are thoroughly cooked, peel them while still warm and mash them. Peel and finely chop the hard-boiled eggs. Finely dice the carrot. Finely chop the onion, then soak it in cold water for about 10 minutes to remove any sharp flavor, and then squeeze out excess water.

In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped hard-boiled eggs, diced carrot, the squeezed-out chopped onion, and the shredded imitation crab sticks.
