Essential Ingredients- 1 Chicken Breast (approx. 200g)
- 1/2 cup Macaroni (approx. 50g)
- 1/4 Onion
- 2 Tbsp Minced Jalapeño (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup Pizza Cheese (approx. 100g)
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Milk (approx. 200ml)
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt (for seasoning)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Begin by preparing the onion and chicken breast. Peel the onion and dice it into roughly 1cm pieces. Dice the chicken breast into similar-sized pieces.

Bring a generous amount of water to a boil in a pot. Once boiling, add the macaroni and cook for about 10 minutes, or 1-2 minutes less than the package instructions. Drain the cooked macaroni and set aside.

Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little olive oil. Add the diced onion and chicken breast, and sauté until the chicken is no longer pink. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook until the onion is translucent, then remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes to form a roux.
