- 1 container (approx. 100g) unsweetened plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp honey (adjust to taste)

Prepare the avocado. It’s best to choose a ripe avocado that feels slightly soft when you gently press the skin. Wash the avocado thoroughly, cut it in half, remove the pit using a knife, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Step 2
Add the prepared avocado flesh, unsweetened plain yogurt, and honey to a blender. The amount of honey can be adjusted based on the ripeness of the avocado and your personal preference for sweetness.
Step 3
Securely close the blender lid and blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until all ingredients are smoothly pureed. You can adjust the smoothie’s consistency by adding more yogurt or a little water if desired. Once it has a smooth and creamy texture, it’s ready! Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
