Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, wash all the ingredients for the pizza thoroughly and prepare them by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into approximately 1.5 cm cubes. This ensures they cook evenly inside.

Place the prepared sweet potatoes in a steamer and steam for about 15-20 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork. Well-cooked sweet potatoes are easier to mash.

Cut the broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces. If you want to use the stems, slice them thinly.

In a pot, bring 2 cups of water (using a paper cup as a measure) and 1/2 tsp of salt to a rolling boil. Add the prepared broccoli and blanch for about 30 seconds. This brightens the color and keeps the broccoli crisp. Rinse under cold water and drain.

Lightly boil the Vienna sausages to remove excess oil, then slice them into bite-sized pieces (e.g., 0.5 cm thick). Slice the tomato and onion similarly, or according to your preference.
