Main Ingredients- 3 Bell peppers (using various colors will make it more vibrant)
- 2 Onions (medium size)
Seasoning- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1 Tbsp Toasted sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, wash the bell peppers and onions thoroughly and pat them dry. Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers, then slice them into bite-sized strips about 1.5 cm wide. Peel the onions and slice them into similar-sized strips. Using bell peppers of different colors will make the dish look more appetizing.
Step 2
Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a preheated pan over medium heat. Add all the prepared bell peppers and onions to the pan. Stir gently with a spatula, ensuring the vegetables don’t stick together, and stir-fry evenly. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until the vegetables become slightly translucent and tender.
