Main Ingredients- 100g Fresh Soy Bean Sprouts
- 2-3 Tbsp Yeondoo (Vegetable Broth)
- 500ml Water (approx. 2 cups)

First, pour 500ml of clean water into a pot. This water will form the base of your soy bean sprout soup.

Add a handful (about 100g) of freshly washed soy bean sprouts to the water. Ensure the sprouts are submerged; you can adjust the water level if needed.

Now, bring the mixture to a boil over high heat with the lid off. Once the water starts to vigorously boil, stir in 1-2 tablespoons of Yeondoo (vegetable broth) to enhance the flavor. Yeondoo is the secret to eliminating any beany smell from the sprouts and adding a deep, refreshing taste to the broth. Feel free to adjust up to 2-3 tablespoons according to your preference.
