Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, peel the bananas and cut them into bite-sized pieces that are easy to handle. Insert a popsicle stick firmly into the center of each banana piece. This will make them easy to dip and freeze later.
Step 2
Prepare two heatproof bowls. Place the milk chocolate in one bowl and the white chocolate in the other. Place both bowls over a larger bowl filled with simmering hot water (double boiler method). Stir gently until the chocolates are completely melted and smooth. Be careful not to let the water boil vigorously.
Step 3
Once the chocolates are smoothly melted, dip each banana piece into the melted chocolate, coating it thoroughly. Lift the banana out and let any excess chocolate drip back into the bowl. Carefully place the coated banana on a plate lined with parchment paper. Repeat this process for all the banana pieces.
Step 4
While the chocolate coating is still slightly soft, sprinkle the chopped roasted peanuts over the chocolate. If desired, use a chocolate pen to draw decorative patterns or add colorful sprinkles for an extra special touch. Once decorated, place the plate in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely firm. Enjoy your delicious and refreshing chocolate banana sticks!
