- 1/4 Cucumber (approx. 50g)
- 1/2 small Apple (approx. 70g)
- 1 wedge Lime (approx. 10g)

First, let’s prepare the delicious kiwi dressing. Peel one ripe kiwi and cut it into four pieces. Wash one wedge of lime thoroughly (keeping the peel on for extra aroma) and set it aside. The lime peel adds a wonderful fragrant note to the dressing.

In a blender or food processor, combine the prepared kiwi pieces, lime wedge, and the dressing ingredients: 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt, and 2 tablespoons of water.
