Main Ingredients- 4-5 well-cooked sweet potatoes (approx. 1kg)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Thoroughly wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into bite-sized pieces (about 2-3 cm) or slices with the thickness of potato chips. Steam or boil them until they are about 80% cooked (they should be slightly firm when pierced with a fork). Drain the cooked sweet potatoes and let them cool slightly.
Step 2
Line an oven tray with parchment paper and arrange the prepared sweet potato pieces without overlapping. Bake in a preheated oven at 140°C (285°F) for 50 to 60 minutes. Flipping them halfway through will help them cook evenly. As the moisture evaporates, the outside will become slightly chewy, and the inside will remain moist.
