Ingredients- 4 Songhwa mushrooms
- 80g fresh chives
- 1.5 Tbsp finely minced onion
- 1 Tbsp finely minced garlic

- 1.5 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1.5 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Cooking Instructions
