Ingredients- 200g Smoked Duck Slices
- 5-6 Fresh Lettuce Leaves
- 1/4 Onion
Seasoning- 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes (Gochugaru)
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 0.5 Tbsp Allulose
- 0.5 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- A pinch of Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes (Gochugaru)
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 0.5 Tbsp Allulose
- 0.5 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- A pinch of Sesame Seeds
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, wash the fresh lettuce leaves thoroughly and pat them dry. Then, thinly slice them into strips about 0.5cm wide. Peel the onion and thinly slice it into similar-sized strips. Preparing the vegetables this way makes them easy to mix with the smoked duck.
Step 2
Before cooking, briefly blanch the smoked duck in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. This step helps remove any impurities or excess oil, resulting in a cleaner, more refined taste. Drain the blanched duck slices and let them cool slightly before cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3
Now, let’s make the delicious seasoning sauce. In a small bowl, combine 1 Tbsp of gochugaru (red pepper flakes), 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 0.5 Tbsp of allulose for a healthy sweetness, and 0.5 Tbsp of fragrant sesame oil. Stir everything together with a spoon until well combined. This creates your flavorful bibimbap sauce.
Step 4
Spread the warm rice evenly in a bowl. Artfully arrange the thinly sliced onion, crisp lettuce, and appetizing smoked duck slices on top of the rice. Finally, drizzle your prepared sauce over the ingredients and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Your nutritious and delicious smoked duck bibimbap is ready to be enjoyed! Mix well and savor every bite 🙂
