  • 1/4 head Cabbage (approx. 100g)
  • 1/4 Onion (approx. 50g)
  • 1/2 stalk Green onion (approx. 30g)

Seasoning

  • Black pepper, a pinch
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 Tbsp Red chili flakes (Gochugaru)

Cooking Instructions

Prepare the oyster mushrooms by trimming off the woody ends and then tearing them into bite-sized pieces or slicing them. Remove the core from the cabbage and cut it into thick shreds. Thinly slice the onion. Slice the green onion diagonally.

Heat 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over high heat. Add the prepared oyster mushrooms, cabbage, and onion, and stir-fry quickly. It’s important to stir-fry until the vegetables are just slightly softened, maintaining some crispness.

Once the vegetables are partially cooked, season with salt and black pepper to your preference. Add 1/2 tablespoon of red chili flakes and stir well to combine, ensuring it doesn’t burn. Finally, add the diagonally sliced green onion, stir once more, then turn off the heat.
