Nutella Cookie Dough- 150g Nutella
- 1 large egg
- 50g dark brown sugar
- 50g cake flour (low-gluten flour)
- 2g salt
- 3g baking powder
- 5g cocoa powder

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a clean bowl, lightly whisk the large egg. This step helps to break up the egg white and yolk for smoother incorporation.
Step 2
Add the dark brown sugar and salt to the whisked egg. Stir until combined; you don’t need to fully dissolve the sugar.
Step 3
Incorporate all 150g of Nutella into the mixture. Stir well until the egg and sugar mixture is thoroughly combined with the Nutella. This is where the rich chocolate flavor comes from!
Step 4
Once the Nutella mixture is ready, sift the cake flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder directly into the bowl. Sifting the dry ingredients ensures a lump-free, smooth dough.

The dough will be quite thick and sticky due to the high amount of Nutella. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet using a spatula, using a cutting motion or by pressing the ingredients against the side of the bowl. Avoid overmixing.

When no dry flour streaks are visible and the dough is smoothly combined, add chocolate chips (amount optional) and mix them in. The chocolate chips will add extra bursts of flavor and texture.
