Delicious Mushroom and Fish Cake Fried Rice Recipe
Today, we’re making a delightful mushroom fried rice using mushrooms, egg yolks, and fish cake! This recipe offers a wonderful balance of flavors and textures.
Main Ingredients- 1 fresh mushroom (choose your favorite, e.g., king oyster, shiitake)
- 1 sheet of fish cake
- 1 hard-boiled egg (yolks only)
- 1 bowl of cooked rice
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the mushrooms by cleaning them thoroughly, then finely chop them to ensure a pleasant texture in the rice. Dice the fish cake into bite-sized pieces. Cutting the ingredients small helps them integrate better with the rice, making it even tastier.
Step 2
Lightly oil a frying pan and add the chopped mushrooms and fish cake. Sauté over medium-low heat until the mushrooms release their moisture and the fish cake becomes slightly golden. This step enhances the overall flavor.

Transfer the sautéed mushrooms and fish cake to a large bowl. Add the warm cooked rice to the bowl, then place the cooked mushroom and fish cake mixture on top of the rice and mix well.
