  • 1 King Oyster Mushroom (approx. 50g, or your favorite mushroom)
  • 1 cup well-fermented kimchi (approx. 100g, finely chopped)

First, rinse the King Oyster Mushroom thoroughly and slice it into bite-sized pieces (about 1cm thick). The chewy texture of the mushrooms will complement the rice beautifully.

Gently shake off any excess kimchi juice from the kimchi, then finely chop it into pieces about 1cm in length, suitable for eating with rice. The kimchi’s tanginess will enhance the rice’s overall flavor.
