  • 1-2 Cheongyang peppers
  • A small amount of white part of green onion

Seasoning Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 1.5 Tbsp sesame oil
  • A pinch of toasted sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

Gently rub the salted kelp strips in cold water and rinse them thoroughly multiple times to remove excess salt. If you have whole kelp, slice it thinly into strips before cooking.
