Main Ingredients- 1 sheet of flat, wide fish cake
- 1 handful of glass noodles (dried, approx. 50g)
- 1/4 onion
Seasoning Ingredients- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp oligosaccharide (or corn syrup)
- 1/2 cup water (approx. 100ml, using soju cup measure)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, thinly slice the flat fish cake into bite-sized pieces, about 1cm wide. Thinly slice the onion as well. (Feel free to add other vegetables you have on hand, such as scallions, carrots, or bell peppers. They add beautiful color and texture!)
Step 2
In a bowl, combine 1 Tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp oligosaccharide, a pinch of black pepper, and 1/2 cup of water (measured with a soju cup). Mix well to create the sauce.
Step 3
Heat a pan over medium-low heat. Add the prepared fish cake and onion (and any other vegetables). Pour in the prepared sauce. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, allowing the ingredients to absorb the sauce. It’s important to stir occasionally to prevent burning.
Step 4
In a separate pot, boil the glass noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, rinse them under cold water and drain. (If you prefer, you can add them directly to the stir-fry, but pre-boiling allows the noodles to better absorb the sauce and achieve a chewier texture.) Add the boiled glass noodles to the pan with the fish cake and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce coats everything evenly.
