Ingredients- Cuttlefish 100g (cleaned)
- Sea Snail 100g (shelled and cleaned)
- Carrot 40g (finely diced)
- Onion 40g (finely diced)
- Scallion 30g (chopped)
- Minced Garlic 1 Tbsp
- Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp
- Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
- Cooked Rice 1 serving

First, let’s prepare the main ingredients: cuttlefish and sea snail. Cut the cleaned cuttlefish into bite-sized pieces, about 1cm in size. Similarly, cut the shelled sea snail into manageable pieces. Avoid cutting them too small to maintain a pleasant chewy texture.

Now, it’s time to prepare the vegetables that will add flavor and texture. Finely chop the scallions to release their aroma. Dice the carrot and onion very finely; this will add sweetness and color, and ensure they integrate well with the rice.
