  • Shrimp meat, peeled 100g
  • Fresh button mushrooms 2
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Water 150ml

Cooking Instructions

Let’s start by preparing the surf clams. Gently pry open the shells with a spoon and carefully detach the clam meat. This method helps to remove any grit or impurities trapped inside the shells.

Rinse the detached clam meat thoroughly under cold running water. Ensure all sand and debris are removed to achieve a clean and pure flavor in your pasta.

Boil 150ml of water in a pot. Once boiling, add the prepared surf clams and cook them briefly until they are just done. Remove the cooked clams and set aside the cooking liquid; this flavorful broth will enhance your pasta.
