Main Ingredients- 1 handful mini king oyster mushrooms
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 1/2 cup macaroni
- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- Shredded mozzarella cheese, to taste
Seasoning- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp ginger juice
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp mirin (or cooking wine)
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of salt

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the macaroni. Cook according to package directions or until al dente. Drain the cooked macaroni well.
Step 2
Thinly slice the garlic. Wash the mini king oyster mushrooms and slice them lengthwise into bite-sized pieces.

Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms, wash them thoroughly, then cut them in half and separate them into smaller strands. This preparation helps the sauce coat them evenly and enhances the flavor.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add a generous amount of olive oil. Add the sliced garlic and the prepared mini king oyster mushrooms. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the mushrooms to season them as you stir-fry until they are lightly golden brown. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Add the drained, cooked macaroni to the pan.
