Ingredients

  • Dried Shredded Squids (Jiminchae) 200g
  • Mayonnaise 1/3 cup (approx. 50g)
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) 1/3 cup (approx. 66g)
  • Oligodang (corn syrup) or Mulyeot 1/3 cup (approx. 60g)
  • Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) 1/4 cup (approx. 18g)
  • Sugar 1/4 cup (approx. 28g)
  • Water 1/6 cup (approx. 35g)
  • Sesame Oil 3 Tbsp (approx. 24g)
  • Sesame Seeds, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

First, let’s prepare the sauce with its golden ratio of flavors. Please measure the ingredients accurately using measuring cups and spoons.

Without turning on the heat, add all the measured sauce ingredients (Gochujang, corn syrup, Gochugaru, sugar, and water) into a pan or wok.
