Main Ingredients- 120g Vienna sausages
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic (approx. 10g)
- 1/4 onion
- 1/8 bell pepper (use different colors for visual appeal)
- 1 handful baby king oyster mushrooms (or button mushrooms)
- A pinch of black pepper
- A sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds

- 3 Tbsp ketchup (approx. 30g)
- 0.5 Tbsp vinegar (approx. 5g)
- 0.5 tsp minced ginger (approx. 2g) (or ginger powder)
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce (approx. 10g)
- 1 Tbsp sugar (approx. 10g)
- 3 Tbsp ketchup (approx. 30g)
- 0.5 Tbsp vinegar (approx. 5g)
- 0.5 tsp minced ginger (approx. 2g) (or ginger powder)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Let’s start by preparing the vegetables. Slice the onion and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Cut the baby king oyster mushrooms similarly. Make diagonal scores on the Vienna sausages; this helps the sauce penetrate better and makes them look more appealing as they cook. (Tip: You can use button mushrooms instead, or any other vegetables you have on hand.)

Now, let’s make the delicious sauce. In a bowl, combine 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp sugar, 3 Tbsp ketchup, 0.5 Tbsp vinegar, and 0.5 tsp minced ginger for extra flavor.
