Ingredients- 1 large apple (or 2 small apples)
- 1 medium carrot
- 300ml water
- 100ml soy sauce
- 100ml sugar
- 100ml vinegar
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare 300ml of water, which will form the base of your dressing. For the perfect balance of flavors, measure out 100ml each of soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar, maintaining a ratio of 3 parts water to 1 part each of the other ingredients (3:1:1:1).
Step 2
Wash the apple thoroughly, remove the core and seeds, and chop it into large pieces. Peel the carrot and chop it into similarly sized pieces. You don’t need to chop the ingredients too finely at this stage.
Step 3
Combine the prepared apple and carrot, along with the measured water, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar, in a blender or using an immersion blender. Blend until all ingredients are smooth and well combined, thanks to the power of the motor. Once it’s a uniform, lump-free mixture, your delicious salad dressing is ready!
