1. Making the Flavorful Pork Loin Roast: First, prepare 250g of pork loin. Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Place the pork in a bowl and season it by gently tossing with salt, black pepper, sesame oil, and minced garlic (or sliced garlic cloves). Adding plenty of garlic will help remove any unwanted odors and enhance the flavor.

Arrange the seasoned pork loin pieces attractively in the air fryer basket. Without preheating, set the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, carefully remove the basket, flip the pork pieces, and cook for another 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F). This method ensures the inside remains moist while the outside turns a beautiful golden brown.

Once cooked, transfer the pork loin roast to a serving plate and slice it into desired portions. This makes for a wonderful main course. It’s best enjoyed while still warm.

2. Making the Crispy and Juicy Chicken Roast: Next, wash one whole chicken thoroughly and pat it dry. Make several incisions all over the chicken; this helps the marinade penetrate deeply and speeds up the cooking process, resulting in a more delicious dish. Place the chicken in a bowl and season it thoroughly with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic, tossing to ensure an even coating. Letting it marinate for a short while will allow the flavors to meld beautifully.

Arrange the marinated chicken attractively in the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 180°C (350°F) and cook for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, carefully remove the chicken, flip it over, and cook for another 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F). This will result in a chicken that is crispy on the outside and incredibly juicy on the inside. To check for doneness, insert a skewer into the thickest part; if the juices run clear, the chicken is ready to be enjoyed.
