  • 150g canned corn kernels
  • 3 strips bacon
  • 60g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese

  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise

Drain the liquid completely from the 150g of canned corn kernels. Any excess liquid can make the mixture watery or cause splattering when cooked.

Finely chop the 3 strips of bacon. Heat a pan over medium-low heat and cook the bacon until it’s golden brown and crispy, rendering its fat. Once cooked, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease for a cleaner finish.

In the same pan used for the bacon, add the drained corn kernels (150g) and sauté them together. Cooking the corn until it’s lightly golden will enhance its nutty flavor.
