Main Ingredients- Zucchini, a moderate amount
- Carrot, a moderate amount
- Onion, a moderate amount

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the 4 Vienna sausages and cut each one in half.
Step 2
Make two cross-shaped cuts deeply into the cut surface of each half. This will help the sausages bloom like flowers when cooked.

Make several smaller cuts between the initial cross-shaped cuts. This will create a fuller and more beautiful flower shape.
Step 4
Gently blanch the cut sausages in boiling water for about 1 minute. This removes any unwanted odor from the sausages and helps to set their shape.

Remove the blanched sausages from the water and place them in a colander to drain thoroughly. Set aside.

Finely chop all the prepared vegetables, including zucchini, carrot, onion, green onion, and red bell pepper. Place them in a pan. Add 1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce, a pinch of black pepper, and a moderate amount of canola oil.

Sauté the vegetables over medium heat, stirring occasionally with a spatula, until they are tender. Cook until the natural sweetness and aroma of the vegetables are released.
