Adding a fried egg on top makes it even more delicious and nutritious. For a visually appealing dish, garnish with 2-3 green leaves. Feel free to customize the soy sauce dressing with ingredients like garlic, onion, green onion, or chili peppers according to your preference.

Carefully scoop the soft silken tofu using a spoon and place it elegantly into a serving bowl. Preserving the delicate texture of the tofu is key.

Place the bowl of tofu into the microwave and heat for about 1 minute until warm. Be careful not to overheat, as it can cause the tofu to break apart.
